Relax near the lake, in the heart of Peschiera del Garda

Our company since 1971 takes care of renting apartments for your holidays at the Residence Cappuccini in Peschiera del Garda (VR).

The structure is located in the safety of a private residence surrounded by greenery and sheltered from urban traffic, with the convenience of being only 150 meters from the beach of the lake, 500 meters from the center of Peschiera and a few kilometers from the main attractions (e.g. Gardaland, Canevaworld, Parco Natura Viva..).
In the residence there are four swimming pools, tennis courts, a playground for children, a bar-pizzeria, private parking and a large green area dedicated to relaxation.

Vacation rentals

Our apartments are ideal for families or small groups of people (up to 6 per apartment), who are looking for a smart and independent solution.

They all have a living room with balcony and sofa bed, kitchen equipped with pots and pans, double bedroom with wardrobe, a small bathroom. 

Depending on the accommodation you choose, you can: 

• have an additional room with 2 single beds 
• stay on the raised ground floor, first or second floor 
• benefit from a terrace overlooking Lake Garda or the large green park. 

The reservation also gives access to the services of the Residence, including private parking, 4 outdoor swimming pools with assistants to bathers, tennis courts, five-a-side football and table tennis, bar-pizzeria (only in the summer season).
